For customers receiving orders within Australia, the following terms apply:

No Returns for Change of Mind or Preference
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if you simply change your mind, do not like the colour, or are otherwise dissatisfied for reasons unrelated to damage or defect. Please consider your purchase carefully before ordering. -
Product Compatibility Responsibility
If the product does not fit your shower setup, it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary adaptors or fittings to make it compatible. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to incompatibility with your existing fixtures. -
Damaged or Faulty ItemsIf you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos and your order details. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted. If your claim is eligible, we will issue a refund or replacement once the product is returned for review.
